1. Custom Manufacturing Tolerances

Divine Brass Industries manufactures custom brass components strictly based on customer-submitted drawings and blueprints. Standard ISO metric tolerances apply unless specific high-precision tolerances (up to ±0.01 mm) are agreed upon in writing before production starts.

2. Tooling & Setup Lead Times

Standard tooling, sample development, and first-article testing are carried out upon receipt of deposit. Standard production lead times begin once samples are physically approved by the buyer.

3. Payment & Shipping Terms

All pricing is offered on Ex-Works (EXW), FOB, or CIF terms as specified in the official quote. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier. Custom B2B contract orders cannot be cancelled once raw material casting and machining have commenced.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamnagar, Gujarat, India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Jamnagar courts.
